Leadership
Connor is a Co-Founder of Revolution Auto Tire & Service.
Connor – and his Co-Founder Sam – grew up three houses down the road from one another in a small town in Central Massachusetts. They have been working (and having fun) together since they were 5 years old.
Together, they have co-founded Revolution Auto and Minuteman Collision.
Connor lives with his wife, son, and dog in Brooklyn, NY… but is still a die-hard Boston sports fan.
Sam is a Co-Founder of Revolution Auto Tire & Service.
Sam – and his Co-Founder Connor – grew up three houses down the road from one another in a small town in Central Massachusetts. They have been working (and having fun) together since they were 5 years old.
Together, they have co-founded Revolution Auto and Minuteman Collision.
Sam is raising two Boston sports fans behind enemy lines near NYC.
Kevin leads operations at Revolution Auto Tire & Service, bringing more than 25 years of automotive industry experience and a passion for building great teams and great businesses. He began his automotive career as a tire technician at a single Firestone shop and worked his way through a variety of leadership and operational roles with Firestone and Big Brand Tire & Service. His experience has shaped his belief that exceptional automotive service starts with exceptional people.
Outside of work, Kevin is a proud father of two and enjoys spending time with his family.
Fitz leads development at Revolution Auto Tire & Service. Previously, he served as Chief Development Officer at GreatWater 360 Auto Care, where he helped grow the business from 7 to 140 shops across the Midwest.
A former Division I football player, Fitz enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
Alex leads finance at Revolution Auto Tire & Service. Previously, he led finance, accounting, and integration initiatives at Mavis Tire, supporting the company as it grew from ~400 to ~1,100 locations.
Alex lives in upstate New York with his wife and two daughters.
Margaret leads strategy at Revolution Auto Tire & Service. Previously, she worked at Bain & Company, advising businesses across a range of strategic and operational priorities.
Margaret lives in Boston and is an avid Red Sox fan.
